Bleach manga gets a live-action movie!

Shonen Jump has just announced that the Bleach ( Tite Kubo ) will have a live-action film with real actors, scheduled to arrive in Japan in 2018.

Sota Fukushi (live-action Toshokan Sensō) will star in the film as Kurosaki Ichigo, and Shinsuke Sato (Gantz) will direct the film.

Currently, publisher Shueisha published the last chapter of the Bleach manga in issue 38 this week. Between chapters 36 and 37, an important announcement notice would arrive soon.

Bleach entered its final arc in February 2012, then announced that volume 74 would be the final volume.

Kubo launched the manga in Jump in 2001 in Japan. The anime aired on TV Tokyo from October 5, 2004, to March 27, 2012, with a total of 366 episodes. Since its publication, Bleach has spawned a media franchise that includes two OVA episodes and four animated feature films.
