Bloom Into You – Manga ends in 3 chapters

Nio Nakatani revealed on his Twitter account on Thursday (27) that his manga will end in three chapters (his tweet specifically says the manga will end in four chapters, including the new chapter that debuted in the new issue of the monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine also on Thursday). If there are no delays, the manga will end on September 27.

The seventh compiled book volume of the manga revealed on April 26 that the eighth volume of the manga will be the final volume, and will be released in November.

Seven Seas Entertainment publishes the manga in North America, and describes the story:

Yuu has always loved shoujo manga and longs for the day she'll receive a love confession that will leave her heart bubbling and blushing, and yet, when an older classmate confesses his feelings to her... she feels nothing. Disillusioned and confused, Yuu enters high school, still unsure how to respond. It's then that Yuu sees the beautiful student council president, Nanami, turn down a suitor with such maturity that she's inspired to ask her for help. But when the next person to confess to Yuu is Nanami herself, has her shoujo romance finally begun?

Nakatani launched the manga in Kadokawa's monthly Dengeki Daioh magazine in April 2015. Kadokawa also released a comic anthology for the series on December 25, as well as a side-story novel that was released last November. The manga has over 850,000 copies in print in Japan. Seven Seas Entertainment shipped the manga's sixth volume on March 26.

The manga inspired an anime adaptation that premiered last October. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime. A stage play adaptation also premiered in May.
