Synopsis:
Hitori Gotō, affectionately known as "Bocchi-chan," is a lonely girl who loves playing the guitar. Accustomed to practicing alone at home, her monotonous life changes when, by chance, she ends up joining the "Kessoku Band," led by Nijika Ijichi. Insecure and inexperienced in performing in front of others, Hitori will have to face her fears and discover if she can become a true band member.
However, Bocchi the Rock! is based on the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Aki Hamaji, published by Houbunsha in the seinen manga magazine Manga Time Kirara Max since December 2017. It has been organized into seven tankōbon volumes as of October 2024.
Finally, the first season gained 13 episodes and became available on Crunchyroll .
