The staff of the anime Bocchi the Rock! revealed today that voice actress Ikumi Hasegawa will play the character Ikuyo Kita (image below).
Ikuyo is the band's guitarist and vocalist. She is also a first-year high school student and has a cheerful personality.

Synopsis
The story follows Hitori "Bocchi-chan" Gotou, a lonely high school girl whose heart is in her guitar. She does nothing every day except play it alone at home. However, one day she meets Nijika Ijichi, who is looking for a guitarist for her group called "Kessoku Band."
The anime Bocchi the Rock! will premiere in 2022.
