The opening theme song for the 7th season of the anime Boku no Hero Academia (My Hero Academia), will be sung by the artist “TK” (PsyCho-Pass, Tokyo Ghoul), vocalist of the group “凛として時雨”! (Ling Tosite Sigure).

TK commented on the project:

"Personalityless, talentless, far from a hero. I spent a lot of time thinking about what I could contribute to this work. It was when, suddenly, a soap bubble flew in front of me, reflecting vibrant colors before disappearing upon touching the concrete, that the theme of this song was born. This ongoing battle, fighting while we lose something, is it for ourselves or for someone else? Although the brightness that enters this worn-out world is recorded along with this song."

Synopsis:

In a world where (almost) everyone has superpowers, shy student Izuku Midoriya had the misfortune of being born without any special gifts. A huge fan of the smiling All Might, the ultimate hero of this world, Deku, as he is called by his classmates, suffers from the frustration of knowing that he will never have a special Quirk that would allow him to become, like his great idol, a defender of the weak and oppressed.

Therefore, the announcement of the new season came after the end of the sixth season on March 25th. Finally, the seventh season premieres in the spring of this year.

Comment if you liked who will sing the new song.
