In Boku no Hero Academia chapter 396, All For One crosses paths with All Might while heading towards Tomura Shigaraki . Since All Might lost One For All , he has retired from battle and his hero career because he is no longer fit to fight. However, he is the only person available to cross All For One's path while the other heroes are busy with other battles.
Therefore, to fight without a Quirk, the hero donned a robotic suit of armor called Armored All Might . Furthermore, it's clear that his armor is a clear reference to Iron Man. Although viewers believed he wouldn't last long in the fight, his armor managed to immobilize the villain leader and inflict damage on him.
