Check it out:

Since Twitter switched to X, new changes have started to appear on the platform like cost cutting to limit Google Cloud. Then some of the first drawings shared by Horikoshi were deleted from the platform. Additionally, this change applies to any photo or video shared on Twitter in 2014 and before.

Just as the tweet above shows, it appears that Horikoshi's comments are still intact, but his artwork has been completely deleted.

Synopsis:

For his entire life, Izuku Midoriya has dreamed of being a hero, which is an ambitious and even more challenging goal for a boy without superpowers. That's right: in a world where 80% of the population has some kind of special power, Izuku had the bad luck to be born completely normal. But that won't stop you from realizing your dream and enrolling in one of the most prestigious hero academies in the world. Ever since he met his idol, All Might, Izuku has found hope to finally gain his individuality and begin his journey as a hero.
