While Ochaco Uraraka was trying to reach Toga, she was stabbed in a vital spot and lost a lot of blood. Still, the heroine insisted on talking to the villain and understanding her side, which has always been oppressed by society. Ochaco managed to reach Toga with her words and convince her to stop her attack, but she was left in a serious condition after the fight ended.
In chapter 395 of the manga, Ochaco was on the verge of death from losing so much blood while Toga was in front of her. However, the villain decided to use her individuality to give the fallen heroine a blood transfusion. Toga didn't want Ochaco to die, so she gave all her blood so her friend could stay alive even though she knew it would kill her.
