On the official website, we can read the following about season 8:

In the seventh season of My Hero Academia , the final conflict between heroes and villains unfolded in epic fashion. Explosive battles between powerful "quirks" marked the season, including the thrilling confrontation between Deku and Tomura Shigaraki , which leads to complete destruction. We also witnessed the showdown between Shoto Todoroki and his brother Dabi , revealing the turbulent past of the Todoroki family.

In the final episode of the seventh season, we witnessed a thrilling battle: All For One , rejuvenated by the "Rewind" technique, regained his full power. He faced All Might , who, even without a "quirk," wore a special armor called Elcules , equipped with the abilities of the students of Class 1-A. Despite All Might fighting bravely, he struggled against All For One's immense strength. However, he rose and, with courage, shouted to Deku: "We will win!", ending the season in a thrilling way.

Finally, the eighth season, titled My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON, adapts the final arc of the manga, starting from volume 40, bringing the conclusion of the battles between Deku and Shigaraki, and All Might against All For One.
