Boruto Chapter 22: Two Blue Vortex, titled Jura, brings intense moments at the opening. Mitsuki asks Araya to recover Ryu's Thorn Soul Bulb while he faces the remaining Claw Grimes. In parallel, Jura arises from inside one of these enemies and advances to the wind country, ignoring the collection of the artifact of his defeated ally. Its priority is to locate Boruto.

Matsuri, previously defeated, begins to turn into a Thorn Soul Bulb. At this point, a shot of mini biju bomb hits the ground near Boruto and Konohamaru. In a quick reaction, Boruto launches shurikens in rock formations around and orders Konohamaru to collect Matsuri's bulb, marking a meeting point with the sand shinobi.
Soon after, Jura advances against the two. Boruto then takes Konohamaru and throws him out of the battlefield, ensuring his escape. With the ally safely, the protagonist focuses on all his attention in the enemy. He begins the attack with a Rasengan applied through the back of Jura, which countered with his mini biju Bomb, revealing the degree of threat it represents.
Boruto challenges the fate in unequal combat
While the confrontation intensifies, Kashin Koji and Eida observe and discuss Boruto's chances to leave alive. For Eida, despite the resistance shown, Boruto is at a disadvantage. Its teleport style requires time to locate chakra marked objects, something unfeasible in the face of continuous jurors. According to Koji, the young man is just trying to gain time to withdraw his allies.
Tension grows when Jura reveals that he is there with a clear mission: to kill Boruto. According to the divine tree, he knows too much about his plans and needs to be eliminated. In a moment of apparent introspection, swears asks what love is. For him, this emotion represents a fatal weakness in humans, as it leads them to risk even with the slightest chances of victory.
The dialogue, however, does not interrupt the fight. Sweers restarts the attacks with its technique of release of the wood. Boruto manages to dodge some offensive, but ends up losing his Katana, captured by Jura. Annoyed by the disrespect for his master's legacy, Boruto reacts with Rasengan Uzuhiko, escaping from the wooden prison and hitting the divine tree with the same blow.
Jura neutralizes Rasengan Uzuhiko and resumes control of the fight
The sequence gives the impression that Boruto managed to overcome his opponent, but the victory lasts shortly. Jura resurfaces and completely nullifies the Rasengan Uzuhiko. According to him, the protagonist's technique shares principles similar to those of his mini biju bomb, which enabled his neutralization.
The chapter ends with the fight still underway, but with a clear advantage for Jura. The tension remains high, leaving Boruto's destination open. The protagonism of the young Ninja, however, reaffirms his central role in the plot, even in the face of increasingly lethal challenges.
