Eko Mikawa 's Boukyaku Battery baseball manga will be adapted into an anime in ONA by studio Mappa , which revealed the staff, cast and visuals.

Parako Shinohara is the director of the anime. Noriko Itou is the character designer and chief animation director. Hisako Akagi is the art director.

Finally, Mikawa-sensei launched the Boukyaku Battery manga in Shonen Jump+ in April 2018.
