Kadokawa 's official YouTube channel has revealed a teaser for the anime adaptation of the Bullbuster .
The teaser is the first reveal of some of the anime's images:
Film director Hiroyuki Nakao and PICS are credited with the planning and original work. Manga creator Eisaku Kubonouchi (original character design for Carole & Tuesday) is the original character designer. Hiroyasu Aoki (director of Hero Mask) is directing the anime and is in charge of the series scripts at studio NUT. Takahisa Katagiri (animation director for FLCL Progressive, Hero Mask) is adapting Kubonouchi's designs for animation and is also the chief animation director. Junji Okubo (design of the monster Overlord) is the mechanical designer.

Synopsis
In the anime, a young engineer named Tetsuro Okino, who developed the new Bullbuster robot, is transferred to Hato Industries, a company that exterminates vermin. There, the company and its president, Koji Tajima, face a mysterious life form called "Kyoju."
Kadokawa published two light novels in the franchise. Nakao is credited with the original work, while Seiji Ebihara wrote the novels.
