Bungo Stray Dogs anime team announced on Wednesday that the show will have a fifth season in July . The team also revealed the first promotional video and art for the new season.

The fourth season of the anime premiered in Japan on January 4th. The season finale aired this Wednesday.
The returning main staff includes director Takuya Igarashi, script supervisor and writer Yoji Enokido, character designer and chief animation director Nobuhiro Arai, and animation studio BONES .
Voice actors Yuto Uemura (Atsushi Nakajima), Mamoru Miyano (Osamu Dazai), Sumire Morohoshi (Kyoka Izumi), Kensho Ono (Ryunosuke Akutagawa) and Kisho Taniyama (Chuya Nakahara) are also returning.
The band Screen Mode performs the anime's opening theme song "True Story," while the band Luck Life performs the ending theme song "Shirushi/°C."
The first season of Bungo Stray Dogs aired from April to June 2016, and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan.
Synopsis
Expelled from the orphanage and on the verge of starvation, Atsushi Nakajima meets some rather strange men. One of them, Osamu Dazai, is suicidal, attempting to drown himself in broad daylight. Another, named Doppo Kunikida, stands still, nervously flipping through his notebook. Both are members of the Armed Detective Agency, claiming responsibility for solving cases that even the police and military dare not touch. Atsushi ends up accompanying them on a mission to eliminate a man-eating tiger that is terrorizing the population…
