The official Burn the Witch anime Twitter account announced a new anime ( Burn the Witch #0.8 ) prequel (Small) about the witches. With that, a trailer showing scenes and a bit of the story was revealed this Saturday (16).

Synopsis:
In this story, dragons, supernatural creatures invisible to most people, cause 72% of all deaths in London. Therefore, only the inhabitants of Reverse London, London's "parallel world," can see them. Among these inhabitants, a selection process takes place to determine who will become witches/wizards and establish direct contact with the dragons.
Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole are the protagonists of this story. They form a duo of witches and protection agents for Wing Bind (WB), a control organization tasked with confronting and protecting dragons. Their mission is to watch over London and protect it from dragon attacks. Furthermore, it's important to note that this world shares the same universe as the Soul Society from Bleach.
Burn the Witch originated as a one-shot manga and was later adapted into a 4-episode anime in 2020. Tite Kubo (Bleach) announced a sequel to the manga a few years ago.
