Crunchyroll , WOWOW and Sony Pictures announced that they are producing an anime adaptation of Tow Ubukata "Bye Bye, Earth . "
While the companies have not announced a premiere date for the anime, they have revealed that the anime will air on the WOWOW subscription television channel in Japan and will stream on Crunchyroll “in more than 200 countries and territories.”
Synopsis
The story places us in the context of an Earth inhabited by people, who have the ability to take the form of animals. However, Bell is the only girl in the world without animal characteristics, so her main goal is to find out if there are other beings like her. Bell wields a sword and becomes involved in the fights between the cities and the outside world.
Ubukata's novel Bye Bye, Earth first released in December 2000, with art by Yoshitaka Amano . The work then received a new edition from 2007 to 2008 with illustrations by Hyung-Tae Kim .
