Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 was officially announced in April for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. However, today, Activision confirmed that it will have versions of the game for last generation consoles (PS3 and Xbox 360). But this time, Wii U players won't have a version of the trilogy to play.
This announcement was made via the franchise's official website, and Activison's statement is that “they know that there are many players who have not yet made it to the current generation”.
The last generation version will have the three main modes of Black Ops 3: campaign, multiplayer and zombies. But the co-op campaign will be limited to just two players, unlike the current generation game, which allows up to 4 simultaneous players in co-op.
