Netflix has released the first trailer for season 2 of the animated series Castlevania : Nightcrawler . The video also reveals the series' premiere date.

Castlevania: Nightcrawler premieres on January 15, 2025, on Netflix. The story is set during the French Revolution of 1792.
Season 1 of Nocturne revolved around Richter overcoming his trauma and taking on the responsibility of confronting the threats facing his world. However, the new series had room for a more expansive world following the conclusion of the original series.
Castlevania Synopsis:
France, 1792, the height of the French Revolution. In a remote region in the west of the country, the counterrevolutionary aristocracy forms an alliance with the terrifying Vampire Messiah, who promises to "consume the sun" and use an army of vampires and Creatures of the Night to end the revolution and enslave humanity. The sorceress Annette seeks Richter Belmont, the last descendant of the legendary vampire hunting family, to lead the resistance.
Finally, the anime focuses on Richter Belmont , descendant of Sypha and Trevor, and is set in the French Revolution (1789-1799), inspired by the games Castlevania: Rondo of Blood and Castlevania: Symphony of Night .
