Cells at Work 2 anime gets a trailer and arrives in 2021

It was revealed during the Aniplex 48-Hour TV that the second season of the anime Cells at Work! will arrive in January 2021.

Cells at Work! 2 recently got a new director, Hirofumi Ogura (Black Butler II, Null & Peta).

The manga titled Hataraku Saibou / Cells at Work! about human cells began serialization in Shonen Sirius in March 2015 and has sold over 1.3 million copies.

Finally, a promotional image and a trailer were also revealed.
