Twitter ( NezukoSocial ) recently shared a sinister cosplay of Denji from the anime Chainsaw Man . Besides being different and very creative, the cosplay caught attention at the event because it made the saw on the character's head work.
Denji spent his childhood hunting demons with his pet demon Pochita to repay a debt to the Yakuza. Betrayed and killed, Denji becomes a human-demon hybrid in the series.

Synopsis:
The story takes place in a world where demons are born from human fears. While they are generally dangerous and malevolent, humans can form contracts with demons to harness some of their power. Denji is a depressed young man trying to repay his late father's debt to the yakuza by selling several of his organs and working as a demon hunter. Denji also possesses a dog-like demon named Pochita, who resembles a chainsaw and assists Denji in his work.
Fujimoto launched the manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in December 2018, finishing the first arc in December 2020 with 11 volumes.
