The character arrives in the game through a partnership between miHoYo and Sony Interactive Entertainment, therefore, the character will initially be exclusive to the Playstation 5 and Playstation 4 . Furthermore, you will need to be at rank 20 to participate in the character's event, which will also make the character's characteristic arc available.
Aloy therefore arrives at Genshin Impact between updates 2.1 and 2.2 of the game.
