The official website for the anime adaptation of Yū Toyota's manga "Cherry Magic! Thirty Years of Virginity Can Make You a Wizard?!" (30-sai Dōtei da to Mahō Tsukai ni Nareru Rashii) has revealed new promotional art and the anime's premiere date for January 10, 2024.
An advance screening of the anime's first two episodes will take place in Ikebukuro on December 3.
Chiaki Kobayashi stars as Kiyoshi Adachi, a 30-year-old salaryman, while Ryōta Suzuki plays his handsome and talented colleague, Yūichi Kurosawa.
Synopsis
Adachi, a thirty-year-old virgin, has developed the power to read people's minds by touching them, so after a date with his very handsome classmate, Adachi realizes he is completely in love with none other than himself!
Finally, the "Cherry Magic! Thirty Years of Virginity Can Make You a Wizard?!" manga began serialization on pixiv's Gangan pixiv service in 2018, and Square Enix will publish the 12th volume on July 22. Additionally, the series inspired a live-action Japanese television series that premiered on TV Tokyo in October 2020.
