China and Taiwan do not get along very well; China considers Taiwan to be a rebellious province that is not part of the national territory.

Check out the words of the Tweet released:

“At first, it was released in countries around the world one after another! The film also caused a stir overseas, registering number one at the box office in its first appearance in South Korea, Taiwan, and other countries.”

The Tweet went viral in China , and soon after, the Jujutsu Kaisen deleted the Tweet and posted another. However, this time they don't mention Taiwan as a country.

However, the account itself then apologized for what happened and for having offended a large portion of the Chinese population.
