Shortly after, the following promotional image was released:
Synopsis: The manga tells the story of Black Jack, a doctor who works without a license and charges high prices for his treatments—which leads to problems with the police in some cases, but maintains a great reputation among his colleagues. He usually treats common but complicated cases. His methods are a mystery, which is why he is sometimes referred to as "the surgeon of the impossible." The doctor generally appears apathetic, an aspect intensified by the large scar that crosses his face and divides it into two parts of different shades. Black Jack lives with Pinoko, a girl who appears very young and who also keeps secrets related to the supernatural nature of her beloved protector. (Via: Wikipedia )
