Twitter account City Hunter franchise announced that it will be getting a new film to celebrate the anime .
A trailer has been released, which lists the film as “coming soon”. The video reveals and previews the ending theme song by the band TM Network , called “Get Wild”, which is the same as the ending of the anime.
The video also confirms that voice actor Akira Kamiya will return to play the character Ryo Saeba .

The manga City Hunter, by Tsukasa Hojo , was published from 1985 to 1991 and has 35 volumes. The manga inspired four anime series, a film and several specials.
The original anime premiered in April 1987, while the film City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes premiered in Japan in February 2019.
