In Clover Works' financial report, we can see a comparison between the 2023 fiscal year and the studio's previous years. As the report shows, the studio experienced two years of high profits, but suffered a significant drop this year. Although the company produced famous works such as Bocchi the Rock! and Spy x Family , it seems that its latest anime have not been able to sustain its financial income.
Some Clover Works fans have begun to question how the studio incurred such a loss. Some theorize that the loss may have occurred because the studio took on less profitable projects, such as the anime Kunoichi Tsubaki no Mune no Uchi , UniteUp!, and Shadows House . On the other hand, others believe it's a result of loans taken out to finance future anime, such as the Spy x Family movie and Seishun Buta Yarou .
Synopsis:

However, she joins the "Kessoku Band" led by its drummer, Nijika Ijichi. She's not used to playing in front of people, so will Bocchi be able to become the band's guitarist?
