Code Geass returns to Japan with new opening and ending

The 2006 anime Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion the series' 15th anniversary . According to reports, the series will feature a new opening theme featuring the band FLOW ( Sign Naruto) and a closing theme featuring the band TK FROM ( Unravel Tokyo Ghoul).

Therefore, the premiere is scheduled for October 2021.

Synopsis

Lelouch Lamperouge is a young student living in an Empire called Britannia. In the year 2010 of the Imperial calendar, Britannia declared war on Japan, which was ultimately defeated. As a result, the country lost its freedom, its rights, and even its name, becoming known as Area Eleven (11).

Finally, the anime premiered in Japan in 2006 by Sunrise studio and then gained a 2nd season called Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 in 2008. The OVA series Code Geass: Akito the Exiled premiered in 2012 and its story takes place between the events of the two seasons.
