Cop Craft: Dragnet Mirage Reloaded began publication in November 2009 with illustrations by Range Murata (LAST EXILE, Shangri-La). This will be the third work by Shoji Gatoh to be adapted into an anime after Full Metal Panic! (2002-2018) and Amagi Brilliant Park (2014).
Under the title Dragnet Mirage, the original work was published by Takeshobo's Zeta Bunko, in two volumes with illustrations by Rokuro Shinofusa from 2006 to 2007. The novel was later published by Shogakukan's Gagaga Bunko and was re-released under the new title, Cop Craft : Dragnet Mirage Reloaded, undergoing several changes, including Tirana's appearance from an adult to a teenager.
The 6th volume was published in October 2016 and the 7th will be released in the summer of 2019.
