Crunchyroll adjusts subscription prices in Brazil

Crunchyroll announced a major price update for its Fan and Mega Fan plans in Brazil. This move aims to expand the service's global catalog after keeping the price of its basic plan frozen since 2019.

  • Aniplex buys Mushoku Tensei production company
  • Yomi no Tsugai gets a new intense trailer and release date

Check out Crunchyroll's new prices for 2026

Starting February 2, 2026, the Fan will increase from R$14.99 to R$19.90 per month. Conversely, the Mega Fan will cost R$24.90 per month. Furthermore, these new prices will be reflected in the next bill after March 4th.

Mega FanR$ 19.99R$ 24.904 simultaneous screens, Game Vault, HD Download
Fan Annual–R$ 106.90*Equivalent to R$ 8.90/month (One-time payment)

However, the platform offers a strategic opportunity to save money. Subscribers can secure the annual Fan for just R$ 106.90. Thus, the effective monthly cost drops to R$ 8.90. Meanwhile, the service has added the offline download to the basic plan.

Therefore, users will continue to have access to over 50,000 episodes of top anime and new features, such as multiple profiles. Finally, fans should check their emails for details regarding the billing cycle.
