Cyberpunk – Creator publishes his first original manga

Rafal Jaki , the creator of the anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners , announced the launch of his new manga called No\Name . He published the first chapter of his manga on the MANGA Plus Creators on Friday (the 8th).

According to Jaki, No\Name is a dark action manga set in a supernatural world. Furthermore, the story was created in collaboration with artist MACHINE GAMU , who was responsible for the artwork. To promote the manga, the author released an animated trailer on his profile, introducing the main characters and a glimpse of the plot.

The story of No\Name is set in Northern Europe, where supernatural powers are attributed through a person's name, given to everyone by the government. A man fighting with wolf companions and a werewolf girl investigate the case of a missing child for the government-run Names Agency.

The manga is currently available to read online for free, but only in English. MANGA Plus Creators is Shueisha for artists from around the world to publish their independent manga. The series that stand out on the platform also receive publication in MANGA Plus and Shonen Jump+ in Japanese. Finally, Jaki emphasizes that this is only the first chapter and hopes to release more in the future.

Synopsis:

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners tells a 10-episode standalone story about a street kid trying to survive in a future city obsessed with technology and body modification, also known as Cyberpunk.
