Synopsis Dance Dance Danseur
The story of Dance Dance Danseur revolves around Junpei Murao, who has always been fascinated by ballet since childhood. In his second year of high school, shaken by his father's death, he decides to become more "masculine," giving up his dreams. Although still strongly interested in ballet, he dedicates himself to the martial art of Jeet Kune Do and becomes very popular in his class. One day, however, he meets Miyako Godai, a new classmate who has just moved there. The girl's mother runs a ballet studio, and noticing Junpei's interest in ballet, invites him to dance with her.
This project marks the first time a manga by the author Asakura has been adapted into an anime.
George Asakura launched the manga in Shogakukan 's Weekly Big Comic Spirits in 2015. The 20th volume was released in April.
