Dandadan fans can rejoice, as the highly anticipated second season just got its longest preview yet. Titled Dandadan: EVIL EYE , this special edition premieres in theaters with the first three episodes of the new season, promising plenty of action and supernatural mystery.

The Asian theatrical release (with the exception of Japan) will take place on May 30, 2025. However , the release will spread around the world soon after: in the Philippines on June 4, in North America on the 6th and, surprisingly, in Europe on June 7. International distribution is handled by the partnership between MBS, ADN, GKIDS and Muse, with GKIDS already starting ticket sales for the film.

Dandadan Season 2: Release Date

While fans eagerly await, it's worth remembering that Crunchyroll and Netflix have already confirmed the broadcast of Season 2 starting July 3, 2025, in North America. The anime adapts the manga Dandadan , by Yukinobu Tatsu, published on the Jump+ platform.

As previously announced , the new chapter adapts another arc of the manga created by Yukinobu Tatsu and published by Weekly Shonen Jump. The story follows Momo, a high school girl with spiritual gifts, and Okarun, her classmate obsessed with the occult. This time , the duo travels with their friend Jiji to a mysterious hot spring town. The place, linked to Jiji's past, hides disturbing secrets—and the locals don't make things easy.

Thus , the season promises more bizarre confrontations, paranormal entities and unexpected situations, mixing humor and terror in the right measure.
