The new season of the anime Date A live that would arrive in October was postponed. According to information, the series debuts at some point in 2022.
Jun Nakagawa is the director at the Geek Toys studio, Shiori Tanaka designs the series' characters.
Synopsis of Data A Live:
Date's original story Live about Itsuka Shido, a high school student. On the last day of spring vacation, an explosion destroys the city and a girl of armor appears in front of it. However, the sister by consideration of Shido, Kotori, tells him that the girl is something called “special creature of disasters: Spirit”, which causes a space-time earthquake. Kotori reveals to him that she is the commander of the anti-spirit organization Ratatosk and orders him to date a spirit girl. Kotori says, "I'm not asking to defeat her. Just to make her fall in love with you and save the world."
Therefore, the novel by authors Koushi Tachibana and Tsunako was published between March 2011 and March 2020, with a total of 22 volumes. An anime adaptation with 12 episodes was animated by AIC Plus , debuting in April 2013, and the following year we received a second season with 10 episodes by studio JC Staff .
Finally, with all the success of Date A Live , a third season of 12 episodes arrived in January 2019.
