Deep Down has had new details revealed by Capcom's Yoshinori Ono. He explained that, despite its seemingly medieval setting, the game is set in New York in the year 2094. Watch the trailer:

The new game can be played by up to four people, who must enter deep caves to defeat monsters. Each cave is randomly generated. The game was shown at E3 2013 for PlayStation 4 and will be an online RPG from Capcom. It will be available at the Tokyo Game Show, which runs from September 19th to 22nd. For the development of Deep Down, Capcom developed the new Panta Rhei graphics engine, which seeks to exploit the graphical power of the PlayStation 4. In addition to the PS4, the game is available for Xbox One and PC.
