Square Enix announced anime production Deep Insanity franchise According to the official website, the series is titled Deep Insanity: The Lost Child .

Synopsis:
The anime will take place in a world dominated by the mysterious “Randolph syndrome” that causes sudden coma. Simultaneously, an underground kingdom called “Asylym” was discovered at the South Pole as the origin of the syndrome. Strange creatures, unlike any other on the surface, dwell there with hitherto unknown natural resources. To cure Randolph syndrome (and to get rich by plundering the creatures' genetic data and subterranean resources), people set foot in the kingdom of Asylum.
