Natsumi Eguchi 's manga "Dekin no Mogura" has had its anime adaptation announced. However, fans can now watch the series' first teaser and promotional image.

Therefore, the premiere takes place in July 2025 with animation by the studio Brain's Base (Fumetsu no Anata e, In/Spectre). The direction is by Hiroshi Ishiotori with character design by Yoko Tanabe.

Dekin no Mogura Synopsis:
"I was banished from the other world, so I can't die." Mogura, a suspicious-looking self-proclaimed "sage," was banished from the spirit world and now tries to return by collecting the "flames" of souls in his lantern. They say that when you cross paths with him, you start seeing strange things...
Therefore, Dekin no Mogura is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Natsumi Eguchi. The series began serialization in April 2021 in the seinen manga magazine Morning, published by Kodansha in Japan.
