According to the new Demon Slayer leak, the last episode of the Vila dos Ferreiros will be an hour long for the season to close with a big finale. As the source comes from a leak, there is no guarantee that the news is true. However, the last episode of season 2 also lasted about an hour, so there's a good chance that this news is official too.
The adaptation of the Vila dos Ferreiros arc in the anime will have a total of 11 episodes. So the last episode of season 3 will premiere at the end of June.
Synopsis:
After defeating Upper Moon 6 in the Entertainment District, Tanjiro needs to go to the blacksmith village to forge a new sword, as his old weapon was damaged. However, on the way, he comes across new demons sent by Muzan, the main villain of the plot, with the mission of killing the blacksmiths. Without blacksmiths, hunters will have no swords to fight demons. So Tanjiro and his friends have to fight the demons of the Upper Moons again to stop them.
Therefore, the 1st season of Kimetsu no Yaiba premiered in April 2019 , making the film a successful phenomenon. Finally, the second season premiered on December 5, 2021 in Japan. Additionally, the 3rd season premiered on Crunchyroll after the release of the film To the Swordsmith Village – World Tour on February 2 in Japan.
