The official Twitter for Slayer : The Hinokami Chronicles announced today that it now has 1 million copies in circulation worldwide.
It's worth noting that this number represents the number of copies the company released, but not necessarily the number of copies sold. Therefore, the number is not a sales statistic.
The official Twitter also made a point of reminding that the game's first free update will be released soon.
Rui and Akaza will join the game as playable characters through a first free update, with a total of three updates already planned.
Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles was released in North America and Europe for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (via Steam) on October 15.
