Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles – Gyutaro coming to the game via DLC

Aniplex has revealed a trailer for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hinokami Kepputan), revealing that the game will add the character Gyutaro as DLC, the extra content will be released this Wednesday in Japan.

Players can purchase the character individually or as part of a character DLC pack.

The character DLC pack includes the following characters: Tengen Uzui, Tanjiro Kamado (Entertainment District Arc), Nezuko Kamado (Advanced Demonic Form), Zenitsu Agatsuma (Entertainment District Arc), Inosuke Hashibira (Entertainment District Arc), Daki, and finally, Gyutaro. The game is adding the content in five separate releases.

Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles welcomed the character Tengen in July and Nezuko Kamado (Advanced Demonic Form) in August. The Entertainment District Arc versions of Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke then debuted as a three-character set in September.

The game then launched in Japan in October 2021, and arrived a day later in North America and Europe for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Finally, a Nintendo Switch version of the game debuted in Japan on June 9.
