Aniplex has released a trailer for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hinokami Kepputan), revealing that the game will add the character Gyutaro as DLC, with the extra content launching this Wednesday in Japan.

Players can purchase the character individually or as part of a character DLC pack.
The character DLC pack includes the following characters: Tengen Uzui, Tanjiro Kamado (Entertainment District Arc), Nezuko Kamado (Advanced Demon Form), Zenitsu Agatsuma (Entertainment District Arc), Inosuke Hashibira (Entertainment District Arc), Daki, and finally, Gyutaro. The game is adding the content in five separate releases.
Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles received the character Tengen in July and Nezuko Kamado (Advanced Demon Form) in August. The arc versions of Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke's Entertainment District Arc then debuted as a set of three characters in September.
The game was then released in Japan in October 2021, and arrived a day later in North America and Europe for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Finally, a Nintendo Switch version of the game debuted in Japan on June 9th.
