Synopsis: Tokyo, 2018 , where normal humans can wield all kinds of magic. As a result, laws against the use of such magic exist, and a court is created to preside over all legal proceedings regarding the use of these powers. The anime follows the protagonist Cecil, the Benmashi (assistant lawyer) in history, and his associates, to defend those who use magic.

ARMS, the studio behind (Elfen Lied, Kite, Queen's Blade: Rebellion), is directing the film. The premiere is scheduled for January 2014 on Tokyo MX and BS11.
