To celebrate the announcement, a new visual shows Shinichi and Ran enjoying the aquarium, still in that innocent, budding phase. The artwork will be exclusively displayed at the Yomiuri TV booth during the Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair 2025 (Kyomaf) , on September 20th and 21st, 2025.

At the event, fans will also be able to check out never-before-seen collaborations between Conan and the city of Ishinomaki, rare materials from the Yaiba , and even a handwritten questionnaire answered by creator Gosho Aoyama.
The story takes place shortly before Shinichi transforms into Conan. Alongside Ran Mouri, he visits the Beika Aquarium with a curious objective: to prepare the "Reconciliation Plan" to reunite Ran's parents, Kogoro and Eri. However, the outing takes a different turn when Shinichi senses the smell of blood in the air and discovers a murder in progress.
Thus begins another case that highlights the perspicacity of the "scarlet detective" at the height of his youth.
