Studio Mir is responsible for the production of the anime, which is an adaptation of the same name made by Capcom in 2001. ADI Shankar and Alex Larsen completed the script of the first season in 2021.
The pair of writers have confirmed that the series has content to be worked on for several seasons, and states that the first season has eight episodes and has as main characters Dante , Vergil and Lady .
ADI Shankar is the director of this season and said the series "will join Castlevania in what we are now calling the pirate multiverse .
Devil May Cry Synopsis:
The game's story takes place in modern times, on the fictional island of Mallet, and centers on Dante, a demon hunter who uses his business to gain revenge after losing his mother and brother.
