It was revealed via the franchise's official Twitter that the Digimon Adventure anime reboot will be re-airing.
The rebroadcast will therefore begin with episode 1, and will take place on June 7th .
The anime had been on hiatus since April 13th COVID-19 pandemic .
Synopsis: Digimon Adventure takes place in 2020 and features a brand new story centered on Taichi Yagami during his fifth year of elementary school. His partner is Agumon. The story begins in Tokyo when a large-scale network malfunction occurs. Taichi is preparing for his summer camping trip over the weekend when the incident happens. Additionally, Taichi's mother and younger sister Hikari become trapped on a train that won't stop moving, and Taichi goes to Shibuya to help them.
