" Digimon Adventure tri ," the new series that continues the 1999 saga, has received a new promotional image on its official website. During this update, it was revealed that some of the original Japanese voice cast will return.
Additionally, the site announces that singer “Kouji Wada” will return to sing the original opening theme, “Butter-Fly,” while Ayumi Miyazaki will also return with the song, “Brave Heart.”
Atsuya Uki (Cencoroll, Tsuritama) will design the characters, Yuuko Kakihara (Lost Property) will serve as the series' script supervisor, and Keitaro Motonaga (Rayearth) will helm the direction.
The premiere takes place in April of this year in Japan.
