Where, Uzui is one of the main characters who appeared in the first season of Kimetsu no Yaiba , being the current Hashira do Som . In fact, for those who haven't read the manga, we're going to write everything you need to know about the new Uzui.
Who is Uzui Tengen
First, in his childhood, Uzui was born and raised in a family of ninjas with nine brothers, undergoing painful training. However, before the boy reached adulthood, seven of his brothers were killed, which made him refuse to become a shinobi like his father and brother.
Sound Hashira Personality
On the other hand, Tengen is a person with an extravagant wherever he goes. Furthermore, when he recruits Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke, he proclaims himself a “God” and demands to be treated like one. In this way, even calling himself a god, he receives the Hashira's disagreement.
However, despite his frown and extravagance, Uzui has a caring side that comes out a lot when he is with his 3 wives : Makio , Suma and Hinatsuru.
Equipment
Regarding his weapons, he has two swords called Double Nichirin Cleavers . Therefore, they have highlights, with a notch at the ends of their blades and the two connected by a chain that connects to the handle of both. In fact, the words are engraved on their blades: destroy demons .
Thus, Tengen also carries anti-demon bombs, as it has a high destructive power even with the slightest impact on its opponents.
Tengen Uzui's Abilities
His skills, on the other hand, are remarkable. Because, as one of the 9 Hashiras , Tengen has great superhuman abilities such as: extraordinary strength, agility, speed, intelligence... Above all, thanks to the arduous training he has had since childhood. In addition to these attributes, he also developed Sound Breathing , a powerful technique
Echolocation: Uzui can amplify his hearing to use this ability. In addition to location, with this ability he can also count the number of people involved in these clashes.
Musical Score: Here, Tengen developed this technique using his keen hearing in conjunction with his Sound Breathing . Therefore, Hashira can analyze enemy attacks and build a score based on these enemy attack rhythms , which allows him to easily read movements, making each fight a song. However, the weak point of this technique is that it ends up taking a long time to carry out this complete analysis.
Enhanced Hearing: He has a very heightened sense of hearing. Where, this ability allows him to hear noises underground (useful for identifying underground tunnels and caves), as well as helping to monitor all activity in the Entertainment District (which makes it easier to locate demons within the area).
Sound Breathing: This style of breathing was created by Tengen himself and combines his enhanced hearing, musical scores and bombs that cause great damage to Onis. We will see it used (probably) in 3 ways :
Breaths
First Form: First, with twin swords he throws bombs with great force to cause damage. Thus, these bombs cause a sound like thunder;
Fourth Form: Here, he keeps his swords separated by rotating quickly, uses the metal chain that connects them both in conjunction with the bombs;
Fifth Form: The user holds one of his swords and spins the other using the chain that connects them. In this way, it also uses bomb launches for greater physical damage.
