Double Helix Blossom: New manga from the author of Lycoris Recoil

The original creator of Lycoris Recoil , Asaura, and artist Gomeyuki Nishima launched a new manga titled Double Helix Blossom Shogakukan 's Weekly Coro Coro Comic magazine this Monday (15).

Synopsis

Double Helix Blossom manga is set in the near future and begins with the awakening of police officer Kiku Shinonome, who was placed in cryogenic stasis for 60 years to prevent a fatal injury. She finds herself forced to team up with Kyo Tsukisagari, a criminal with an extensive criminal record but gifted with psychic powers, in a new world unknown to her. Together, they solve paranormal incidents, even as their personalities clash.

Double Helix Blossom has been adapted into a new board game, created by Masato Uesugi and Noriaki Watanabe (Kaiju on the Earth).

The original Lycoris Recoil anime premiered in July 2022, directed and written by Shingo Adachi.
