The second 2021 issue of Shonen Jump revealed that the Dr. Stone franchise is inspiring a smartphone game Poppin Games Japan is developing the strategy game. The game will then be free to play and will have optional paid in-game items.
Shueisha stated that the game will have elements of RPGs, and will feature mechanics such as collecting ingredients and crafting scientific items to use during battles.
The manga was then released in the weekly magazine Shonen Jump in March 2017.
