The official Twitter account for 'Dr. Stone: New World', the third season of the anime 'Dr. Stone', then announced that the second cour of the same will premiere in October.

The first cour recently ended with the 11th episode of the season. Additionally, TOHO released a music video for the first cour, featuring the season's opening theme song, “Wasure Gataki,” by Huwie Ishizaki.

The new season of the anime premiered in Japan on April 6.
Therefore, the animation is by the studio TMS Entertainment ( Takagi-san, Nagatoro-san ), the direction is by Shuhei Matsushita , with scripts by Yuichiro Kido (Nanatsu no Taizai: Seisen no Shirushi) and character design is by Yuuko Iwasa .
Synopsis
The story therefore unfolds thousands of years ago, when a mysterious phenomenon turns all of humanity into stone.
