The fourth and final season of the anime Dr. Stone has received a new trailer and promotional image.
However, the promotional image features the villains from the new story arc.
The fourth season will be divided into three parts (3 cours), the first starting in January 2025; the Crunchyroll streaming platform will broadcast the season.

Synopsis Dr. Stone
The story unfolds thousands of years ago, when a mysterious phenomenon turns all of humanity to stone. In this intriguing scenario, the incredibly intelligent Senku Ishigami awakens. Faced with this extraordinary situation, Senku decides to use his scientific expertise to revitalize a civilization on the verge of collapse. Accompanied by his childhood friend, the robust Taiju Oki, who also awakens at this time, the two join forces to rebuild the world from scratch.
Thus, the animation is by TMS Entertainment ( Takagi-san, Nagatoro-san ), the direction is by Shuhei Matsushita , with scripts by Yuichiro Kido (Nanatsu no Taizai: Seisen no Shirushi) and character design by Yuuko Iwasa .
Finally, the first season of the anime premiered in July 2019.
