The second 2021 issue of Shonen Jump revealed that the Dr. Stone franchise is inspiring a smartphone game Poppin Games Japan is developing the strategy game. The game will be free-to-play and will feature optional paid in-game items.
Shueisha stated that the game will have RPG elements, and will feature mechanics such as collecting ingredients and crafting scientific items to use during battles .
The manga was then launched in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in March 2017.
